Kori Gagnerie

Kori has been a personal trainer for nearly 10 years and has worked with clients with a vast range of ages, fitness levels and needs. Specialising in strength & conditioning and weight management, Kori’s qualifications include CYQ level 2 Gym Instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer as well as Nutrition for Exercise from Shaw Academy and she has worked closely alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists treating clients with injuries or disabilities to help ensure their success.

With a holistic approach, and a strong priority on mental health, each client’s session is individually tailored to fit their unique needs in order to get the best from their training; It is important that the sessions are enjoyable as she believes “the best type of exercise is the one you’ll want to keep on doing”


Kori aims to coach clients on how to manage their health and fitness with lifestyle changes inside and outside of the gym to help them reach their goals.
