    • Marketing consents: Marketing consents are reviewed every 2 years, and you can opt out at any time

    • Basic contact details: kept up to 2 years after your last activity with us

Sharing Your Data

We will not sell or rent your data. We may share it with:

  • Trusted service providers (e.g. booking systems, payment processors, insurers) under strict data protection agreements
