Sam Bedborough
Sam is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer who believes fitness should be empowering, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone. With over three years of experience, she’s helped clients from their teens to their nineties build strength, improve movement, and gain lasting confidence, both inside and outside the gym.
A YMCA-qualified Level 3 PT and NASM-certified specialist in the OPT™ Training Model, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement, Sam combines science-based programming with an empathetic, results-driven approach. She has also worked alongside physiotherapists to support clients through post-surgery and injury rehabilitation, ensuring safe and effective recovery.
Inspired by her father, a former trainer and gym owner in Jersey, Sam discovered her love for strength training at 13. Today, she channels that same passion into helping others unlock their potential and feel stronger every day.
Outside the gym, Sam enjoys strength training, running, and expressing her creativity through painting.
