Sammy Brady

Sammy began his journey in sport at Jersey Rugby Club, before gaining valuable experience as a qualified Lifeguard at AquaSplash. After completing his A-Levels, he followed his passion for fitness and became a Personal Trainer in July 2023.

With over two years of coaching experience, Sammy has worked with a wide range of clients, from youth athletes to older adults, helping them improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall well-being. He has supported clients through injuries, guiding them back to movement and empowering them to build long-term, healthy habits.

Sammy is approachable, supportive, and focused on building both physical and mental confidence in everyone he works with. His training style combines encouragement, structure, and accountability to ensure every session feels purposeful and enjoyable.

Outside the gym, Sammy is passionate about running and boxing, which shape his disciplined and performance-driven approach to coaching
