In our dedicated small class studio, we have small group Pilates that are suitable for all abilities. The small groups make it easier to coach and adapt each session to suit your needs. These are planned in 8 weeks blocks.

Class start from £15 and can be bought as you go, or as a block

We offer Strength classes, aimed to get you strong, moving better and improving confidence and competance in the weight room. We currently offer morning classes with Sammy or lunchtime classes with Andy. The programme is periodised into 8 week blocks where you can track, follow and progress each week using our coaching app.

Sessions can be bought each block, or you can pay as you go.

We also offer Yoga classes with Fatima from Floww. It’s Vinyasa Yoga and they take place on a Saturday morning. A great way to unwind for the weekend. These will also be planned in blocks and can be bought in these blocks or pay as you go.

These are small classes and is advised to be bought in a block to guarantee a space each week.

Sunday Service is our original class, where we pay our dues. We takeover the whole PT Studio for a full body strength and cardio combo session.

If you want to get to get a sweat on, this is the class for you! Each week a difference Levels coach will take the session where they get to put their spin on it each week.

These are big classes and are only bought on a pay as you go basis
