SUNDAY SERVICE
Currently our only public class where you can come and
workout in our space!
It’s suitable for all abilities and is a mix of strength and conditioning exercises to swap your lazy sunday morning to a full body work out
Sessions vary in structure each week but the one thing that doesn’t change, is that the sessions can be adapted to suit each attendee, so no need to be worried about certain exercises
There are two coaches to help you get the most from the session. To help with technique, to ask questions to, to help push you each step of the way
There are no egos’s in our Sunday Service, it’s only for those that want to personally challenge themselves each session
